Is the confidentiality of my documents guaranteed?

Completely. All our partners scrupulously respect the confidentiality of your documents. Sensitive documents that you specifically indicate to us are stored on disks where the network access is specially protected. On your request, each person working on your project can sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).

I am a private individual. Can I benefit from your services?

Of course! Most people have official documents translated. Documents that have to be presented before a court must be subject to a sworn translation. These are invoiced by the page.

What timescale can I expect?

The normal timescale to send your translated document to you is the timescale necessary to ensure your project can be entrusted to one sole translator; as a guideline, for a text of around 4,000 words, the normal timescale is 2 working days. This can be reduced in urgent cases. We will then entrust your project to several translators.

How much does a translation cost?

We take several factors into account in determining the cost of your translation
• The source/target language combination.
• The technical nature of the subject matter.
• The number of words and their frequency of repetition / By the page for sworn translations
• The format of the document to be sent to you.
Providing you can tell us the number of source words to be translated, we will always give you a definitive total price before you give your agreement to launch the project.

In what format document can I receive my translated text?

In an identical format to your original document. So you have no formatting to do after delivery of your translation. Of course, this requires that the format of your document is suitable for translating. For standard formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or OpenOffice documents there are no additional formatting costs.
On the other hand, for documents in Photoshop, Quark or INDesign format, or for complex tables, we will draw up a formatting quotation.

What resources do your translators have?

Our specialised translators have their own terminological databases updated and validated year after year. They have specialised glossaries and dictionaries. Some websites specific to translation professionals can also offer them precious resources.

How can I order?

• When you have send us your documents by CD or via the Internet, we will draw up your quotation and send it to you. All you need to do is sign this quotation and return it by fax.
You will pay by cheque or bank transfer after delivery on receipt of our invoice.
